To find out your rights as working parents to take time off work to visit your child's school and participate in schools activities click on Labor Code and enter section 230.8. Section 51100-02 of the California Education Code is referred to as the "parent's bill of rights". Click on California Law, then Education Code and then enter section 51100. |
